2002–2005 Audi A4 B6 1.8T — STAGE 3
Stage 3 is the final form. When the turbo upgrade goes on, the tune has to match it — or you’re leaving power (and safety) on the table.
With the right setup, Stage 3 is capable of: ~350 WHP on K04 builds and 400–500+ WHP on GT28/GT30+ setups. Power depends on turbo, fueling, intercooling, exhaust, and engine internals.

MAINTENANCE & HEALTH CHECK (DON’T SKIP THIS)
Stage 3 is only as good as the car it’s running on. Before flashing, make sure your build is tight so it makes power safely:
- Boost/Vac leaks: pressure test the system and fix leaks first.
- Fueling health: pump + filter + injectors must be clean and sized correctly.
- Ignition: fresh coils + BKR8EIX plugs (.028 gap).
- PCV/crankcase: replace brittle hoses/valves — big boost finds weak links.
- Cooling: confirm temps stay stable under load.
- Timing belt service: if overdue, handle it before more power.
- Engine internals: large-frame turbos may require forged rods for reliability.

Haven’t gotten to use it yet my car is in the shop. Great on shipping time. Takes about half a day to get ahold of someone but when u get ahold of them they are easy people and are very informative. 4/5 so far like I said haven’t used it yet
