A: We ship you a pre-tuned ECU with immobilizer off. Swap your stock ECU for the BDT one — no laptop, no cables. Plug in and drive.
Q: What mods do I need for Stage 1?
A: None required. Intake, intercooler, DV, plugs, and TCU tune are all recommended but not required.
Q: What do I need for Stage 2?
A: High-flow exhaust and spark plugs (BKR8EIX .028) are required. DV and TCU tune highly recommended.
Q: What's the difference between Stage 2 and Stage 2+?
A: Stage 2+ adds an HPFP upgrade which unlocks additional fueling headroom for up to 300 HP / 340 TQ. Same exhaust and plug requirements as Stage 2.
Q: What do I need for Stage 3?
A: Full big-turbo build: turbo, injectors, HPFP, exhaust, intake, intercooler, DV, plugs, and TCU tune all required.
Q: Is K04 safe on the stock block?
A: Yes. K04 is safe on stock internals. GT28+ setups require forged rods.
