Stage 2 Power Gains

Power gains depend on fuel quality, elevation, pulley ratio, and supporting modifications. Typical Stage 2 results:

  • Horsepower: +110 to +141 HP
  • Torque: +55 to +80 TQ

This is not a “dyno queen” tune — these are real-world gains you feel every pull.


 

 

Required Modifications

Stage 2 is not optional-mod friendly. The car must flow air and exhaust properly.

  • Cold Air Intake
  • Catalytic Converter Removed (Test Pipe / Off-Road Setup)
  • Diverter Valve Upgrade (strongly recommended)

No required mods = no Stage 2. This is how engines stay alive.


 

 

Stage 2 Calibration Details

  • Top speed limiter removed
  • RPM limiter raised to 7200 RPM (TCU tune required)
  • Boost increased to 18–22 PSI (sea level, pulley & elevation dependent)
  • Torque limiters fully recalibrated
  • Fueling optimized by throttle demand
  • Ignition timing optimized for power and safety
  • Low-pressure fuel pump pressure increased
  • High-pressure fuel system optimization
  • Supercharger secondary water pump locked at 100% for maximum cooling
  • Drive modes refined (Comfort, Auto, Dynamic, Sport, Efficiency, Off-Road)
  • Variable cam timing optimization
  • Pulley-ratio-specific calibration adjustments
