POWER GAINS

BDT Stage 2 Expected Gains (with required hardware): Boost target typically falls in the 18–23 PSI range, tapering to 16–20 PSI near redline (varies with elevation, ambient temps, and fuel quality). Customers commonly see roughly +100–120 HP and +120–140 TQ over stock.

ECU TUNE MODIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Stage 2 Hardware Requirements (quick view):

  • Required: High-flow downpipe / catalytic converter removed (race/off-road use)
  • Recommended: Diverter valve upgrade for improved boost control and longevity

If the required hardware is not installed, do not flash Stage 2.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Remote flashing requires a Windows laptop. (Mac/Apple devices are not supported)
  • Stable internet connection recommended to ensure a smooth flash process.
  • OBD cable return policy: Cable must be shipped back within 3 business days after tuning is complete, or a $1000 replacement fee will be charged.
