Beetle 1.8T — Stage 2 Calibration
Up to 268 HP & 315 FT-LBS on 93 octane with a high-flow exhaust/downpipe, while keeping OEM-like refinement. This file safely maximizes the stock turbocharger and maintains smooth drivability for daily use.
Crackle (Overrun)
Lift-off character that adds subtle pops on stock exhaust and turns up the attitude with high-flow systems. Calibrated with RPM windows and safety logic to keep it tasteful for daily street manners.
Refined Boost Control
Factory delivery can feel uneven during long pulls. Stage 2 smooths the curve for crisp, repeatable acceleration through the full powerband—OEM polish, enthusiast performance.

Stage 2 hardware requirements (quick view): High-flow downpipe/exhaust is required. Intake, intercooler, drivetrain inserts, and a fresh diverter valve are strongly recommended for consistency. Upgraded turbos are not compatible with Stage 2 (use Stage 3).
