Dyno-Verified Power Gains (AWHD)
Expected Stage 2 gains on 93 octane: up to ~335 HP / ~410 TQ with required downpipe and healthy IS20 hardware. Results vary with dyno type, altitude, temperature, fuel quality, and vehicle condition.

ECU Tune Modification Requirements
Stage 2 hardware (quick view): A High flow exhaust is required. Intake and intercooler are strongly recommended for consistent power and heat control. A TCU/DSG tune is highly recommended where equipped.

Crackle Pops (Overrun)
Optional overrun/crackle in Dynamic/Sport mode. Subtle on stock exhaust; more pronounced with freer-flowing setups. Tuned with RPM windows and exhaust-temp safeties.
Boost Control & Drivability
From the factory, boost delivery can feel uneven on long pulls. BDT refines the curve for linear onset, sharper response, and smoother power through the entire band.

FAQ
Q: What do I need for Stage 2 on my beetle?
A: A highflow downpipe is required. Intake and intercooler are highly recommended, and a DSG tune is strongly recommended if equipped.
Q: Can I flash at home?
A: Yes. Remote OBDII flashing with support is included. A Windows laptop is required.
Q: What fuel does Stage 2 support?
A: We build maps for your fuel availability. 91/93 octane are most common.
