    Connect battery charger: 10–25 amps.

    Key on, engine off.

    Key off on command. Fault codes clear on their own.

    Disconnect & drive.

The whole flash takes about 15–20 minutes. BDT is live on call the entire time.

Q: What do I need for Stage 1?
A: Nothing required. DSG/TCU tune, intake, intercooler, and drivetrain inserts are recommended. High-flow exhaust is NOT compatible with Stage 1.

 

Q: What do I need for Stage 2?
A: A high-flow exhaust is required. Intercooler strongly recommended. DSG/TCU tune, intake, and colder plugs recommended.

 

Q: How does multi-map switching work?
A: 5 maps switchable on-the-fly via cruise control buttons. Each map has different boost, timing, RAL, launch, and crackle settings.

 

Q: What is Rolling Anti-Lag (RAL)?
A: RAL builds boost while the car is moving, so when you go wide-open throttle, boost is already there. For track and off-road use only.

 

Q: Do I need a TCU/DSG tune?
A: Highly recommended, especially for DSG. The TCU tune raises torque limits, improves shift logic, and enables boosted launch.

 

Q: Can I flash at home?
A: Yes. Remote OBDII flashing with full support is included. A Windows laptop is required.
