Boost Dynamic Tuning just laid down 350 WHP and 390 WTQ on our ProHub AWD dyno with the Stage 2+ E85 calibration for the 2021–2025 Audi A4 / A5 / Q5 45 TFSI (B9.5). To our knowledge, this is the highest documented wheel horsepower figure on the B9.5 hybrid EA888 platform in the United States — and we have the video to prove every single pull.
This wasn't a one-off lucky pull. Every stage — from Stage 1 through Stage 2+ E85 — was validated on the dyno with back-to-back runs, real-time logging, and documented before/after comparisons. The calibrations are consistent, repeatable, and built entirely in-house by BDT.
Why Nobody Else Has Done This
The B9.5 hybrid EA888 is not the same engine platform that earlier tuners already figured out. The 2021+ refresh brought a completely revised ECU strategy running on SIMOS 19.7 — new tables, new logic, new fueling architecture. The calibration maps from the B9 and earlier MQB platforms don't transfer over.
That's why the biggest names in the Audi tuning space still don't support it. Integrated Engineering doesn't offer a B9.5 hybrid calibration. 034Motorsport doesn't either. As of right now, Boost Dynamic Tuning is the only USA-based tuner with proven, dyno-validated calibrations for this platform — and we have five stage options to show for it.
