Return Policy

Boost Dynamic Tuning maintains a ZERO RETURN POLICY on all SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, including but not limited to:

  • ECU / Engine Control Module programming

  • TCU / Transmission Control Module programming

These are digital services that are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, revoked, or recovered once performed.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • USPS shipping services are paid services and cannot be refunded once used.

  • We will not assume financial loss due to improper research or incompatibility with a customer’s setup.

Media Release & Content License

By submitting, sharing, or providing any photographs, videos, audio recordings, screenshots, messages, reviews, testimonials, vehicle images, or other media content (“Content”) to Boost Dynamic Tuning—whether via email, text message, social media, online upload, or other communication methods—you grant Boost Dynamic Tuning a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such Content for lawful business purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to use on:

  • Social media platforms

  • Websites

  • Advertisements

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Educational or informational content

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the Content or have full legal authority to grant this permission, and

  • The Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

No compensation is owed for the use of such Content. This consent cannot be revoked once the Content has been published and survives completion of services.

EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE NOTICE & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY — NOT FOR STREET USE

This product is sold and intended solely for vehicles used in closed-course racing, off-road competition, or organized motorsport events. It is not legal for use on any pollution-controlled vehicle operated on public roads or highways, as defined under the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 7522) and applicable state emissions laws.

Federal and State Emissions Compliance

This product may modify, bypass, defeat, or render inoperative one or more emissions control devices, including but not limited to:

  • Catalytic converters

  • Oxygen sensors

  • EGR systems

  • OBD monitoring systems

Use of this product on emissions-regulated vehicles is strictly prohibited by federal law and may result in civil or criminal penalties, including fines up to $45,000 per vehicle.

This product is not certified by the EPA or CARB and is not legal for sale or use in California or any CARB-adopting state.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

By purchasing and/or installing this product, you agree to:

  • Assume all responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws

  • Waive any claims against Boost Dynamic Tuning, LLC for improper or unlawful use

  • Release Boost Dynamic Tuning, LLC from any damages, penalties, or injuries arising from misuse

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boost Dynamic Tuning, LLC from any fines, penalties, losses, damages, or legal fees resulting from:

  • Use inconsistent with this disclaimer

  • Misrepresentation of vehicle use

  • Violation of emissions laws

Final Notice

This product is sold “as is” and “with all faults”, with no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding emissions compliance or legality for public road use.

It is the sole responsibility of the end-user to determine legality. Boost Dynamic Tuning does not condone or recommend illegal street use or emissions tampering.
