Boost Dynamic Tuning has a "Zero Return" policy on all SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. THIS MEANS ECU/ENGINE CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMING AND TCU/ TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMING. Please contact us with questions before purchasing to ensure the best possible experience.
Shipping Policy:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and those products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping your ECU to BDT:
In the event Boost Dynamic Tuning requires you to send your ECU in to us to be worked on or you are sending your core back to us for a rebate, we ask that you fill out and include our shipping form in your package.
