RS7 4.0L STAGE 1
Boost Dynamic Tuning’s Stage 1 ECU calibration methodically increases performance power with gains up to 560 HP & 675 TQ, without any sacrifice in drivability or reliability. BDT’s cutting-edge calibration design efficiently and safely maxes out the factory turbocharger’s potential. Allowing you to give those unsuspecting Hellcats victims a run for their money and leaving them with a bruised ego.
This calibration feature is also known as overrun. When decelerating from higher RPM’s or when free-revving in neutral or park you will hear what sounds like a crackle pop coming from your exhaust/downpipe (please note this will be hard to hear on factory exhaust setups). Adding a little more “spice” to those already tasteful exhaust notes!
From factory the ECU boost control is delivered in a bumpy uneven boost curve, resulting in a slow boost response. This can be felt when performing long pulls utilizing the vehicle's entire powerband. BDT’s Stage 1 ECU Tune refines and smooths this boost curve to achieve crisp unmatched power delivery when pushing your car to the limit.
