We offer a convenient remote tuning service using TeamViewer, allowing you to have your RS5 tuned from the comfort of your garage.

Preparation:

1. Download TeamViewer:

   • Visit www.teamviewer.com and download the TeamViewer Full Client (64-bit) for Windows.

   • Install the application by selecting Default Installation and accepting the terms.

2. On the Day of Installation:

   • Battery Charger: Connect a battery charger to your RS5 and set it to 10 amps to ensure a stable power supply during the tuning process.

   • Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection. Position your vehicle as close as possible to your Wi-Fi router.

   • TeamViewer Setup: Open TeamViewer on your computer.

   • Share Access Details: Provide us with your TeamViewer ID and Password (located on the right side of the TeamViewer interface) when requested.

Once connected, our technicians will remotely access your vehicle's ECU and TCU systems to apply the Stage 1 tune, ensuring optimal performance enhancements.
