Q: How does plug-and-play work?
A: We ship you a pre-tuned ECU with immobilizer off. Swap your stock ECU for the BDT one — no laptop, no cables. Plug in and drive.
Q: What mods do I need for Stage 1?
A: None required. Intake, intercooler, DV, plugs, and TCU tune are all recommended but not required.
Q: What do I need for Stage 2?
A: High-flow exhaust and spark plugs (BKR8EIX .028) are required. DV and TCU tune highly recommended.
Q: What's the difference between Stage 2 and Stage 2+?
A: Stage 2+ adds an HPFP upgrade which unlocks additional fueling headroom for up to 300 HP / 340 TQ. Same exhaust and plug requirements as Stage 2.
Q: What do I need for Stage 3?
A: Full big-turbo build: turbo upgrade, injectors, HPFP, exhaust, intercooler, intake, DV, plugs, and TCU tune are all required.
Q: Is K04 safe on the stock block?
A: Yes. K04 is safe on stock internals. GT28+ setups require forged rods for reliability.
Q: How do I remove the ECU?
A: See the ECU Removal video guides in the Stage 1 section above. It's a straightforward swap.

This is the funnest tune I've ever had makes me enjoy my car so much more.
Performs as listed. Car is running well and is a bit more fun from coming from a unitronic tune previously.
the tune definitely has more pull, a lot more. its easy to install and is definitely worth it.
The tune is actually sick! The tune for some reason makes it shift really smooth and it’s actually pleasing to drive, let alone the fact that the car shoots flames now… the tune was not that hard to install, just go on YouTube, it’s on there. The tune definitely is worth it in my opinion. When in park or neutral and you rev to around 4-6 it definitely will shoot flames. The only down side is standing behind it literally hurts, and u probably will need to plug your ears!
I loved it, the 2step is insane, it changed my car, I went from a stock ecu to the stage 2, I wish I could give a 6 stars review.
