CABLE DEPOSIT Flex cable

This is a deposit only option for our flex cable. What does this entail? You will be shipped a cable that you will use to load the tune to your car. Once the tune is loaded to your car you will then ship the cable back to us in 7 business days. If you don't ship the cable back in working condition, or send it back at all. You will not be refunded the $1500. Once the cable is recieved we will issue a refund. If you have questions feel free to reach out at boostdynamictuning@gmail.com

BY PURCHASING THIS LOANER CABLE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO TERMS ABOVE AND BELOW

This is a contract between ­­­­­­­­_______________and Trenten Smith aka Boost Dynamic Tuning.

The contract states that X______________will be receiving a cable (Flex/ magimotorsports) from Boost Dynamic Tuning. X__________________ agrees to send cable back in working conditions no matter what. Customer must send cable back in seven days after receiving the cable. If X___________________ doesn’t ship it back in working condition, or within the time frame (7 days) , X_________________will have to pay $3000 immediately to Trent/Boost Dynamic Tuning to replace the Flex/magimotorsports  cable. If this contract is breached the customer signed above with be responsible for all lawyer/attorney/COURT EXPENSES/COST, all travel expenses, all lost sales due to cable not being returned in a proper time frame. When it comes to being summed to court, the customer signed above is required to defend his/herself in the home city/state that Boost Dynamic Tuning resides in.
