Dyno-Verified Power Gains

Expected Stage 2 gains on 93 octane (downpipe + supporting mods): up to 360 WHP / 325 WTQ (approx. 415 HP / 374 TQ at the crank). Results vary with dyno type, altitude, heat-soak, fuel quality, and hardware condition.

ECU Tune Modification Requirements

Stage 2 hardware requirements (quick view): High-flow downpipe/exhaust is required. DSG cars require a TCU tune. Intake, intercooler, drivetrain inserts, fresh plugs, and catback are strongly recommended for consistency.

Results vary by dyno type, altitude, heat-soak, fuel quality, and hardware. BDT publishes live before/after runs for transparency.

Crackle Pops (Overrun)

Selectable Low / Medium / Intense levels with RPM-dependent windows and per-map enable/disable. Subtle on stock exhaust; aggressive with high-flow systems. Flames possible with free-flowing setups.

Multi-Map Layout (Adjustable on Request)

• Map 1: Daily (low boost), RAL ON, 2-Step ON, Pops OFF
• Map 2: Daily (standard), RAL ON, 2-Step ON, Pops OFF

Factory boost control can feel uneven on long pulls. BDT refines the curve for linear onset, stronger response, and confident top-end power without surge — especially on Stage 2 hardware.
