Crackle Pops (Overrun)

Add serious auditory character to your GTI with our selectable overrun/crackle feature. Choose Low / Medium / Intense levels and RPM windows. Soft on stock exhaust, aggressive with freer-flowing setups. Safety logic automatically reduces overrun if exhaust temps climb too high.

Boost Control & Drivability

The factory GTI boost curve can feel sluggish and inconsistent. BDT rewrites boost logic for a smoother, more linear ramp, instant throttle engagement, and consistent power delivery through every gear.

Dyno-Verified Power Gains

Expected Stage 1 gains on 93 octane (with basic supporting mods): up to 320 HP and 400 FT-LBS. Results vary with dyno type, altitude, heat-soak, fuel quality, and hardware condition.

ECU Tune Modification Requirements

Stage 1 hardware requirements (quick view): Stock turbo and factory emissions equipment supported. Downpipes are not required for Stage 1. DSG cars should run a TCU tune for best clutch safety and performance.

We want your Mk7.5 GTI to survive multiple years with this tune. These intervals come from real MQB experience. If you can’t maintain the car, please don’t tune it.
