Note: Effect may be more subtle on stock exhaust systems. Safety logic reduces crackles if exhaust temperatures rise excessively.

This Stage 2+ E85 ECU Tune is engineered for the 2021–2025 Audi A4 and A5 45 TFSI with the hybrid EA888 Gen 3 2.0T engine (B9.5 chassis). Boost Dynamic Tuning’s full E85 calibration is developed in-house to maximize power, cooling efficiency, and knock safety using ethanol fuel. Optimized for vehicles running supporting upgrades including high-flow exhaust, upgraded air intake, and high-efficiency intercooler, this tune delivers smooth, linear boost, enhanced torque response, sharper throttle mapping, raised torque and load limits, recalibrated boost gauge scaling, VVT optimization, and enhanced LPFP/HPFP pressure strategies for ethanol fueling. Features include Dynamic-mode crackle overrun, raised rev and speed limiters, and complete OBDII at-home flashing with remote support. Dyno validated to produce up to 350 WHP and 390 WTQ. Calibrated for full E85 fueling only with no pump-gas blending required.
