Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2?
A: Stage 1 requires no hardware modifications. Stage 2 requires a high-flow exhaust and delivers significantly more torque.

Q: Do I need the TCU tune?
A: Highly recommended. The TCU tune raises torque limits, improves shift logic, and enables the raised neutral/park rev limiter.

Q: What fuel does it support?
A: 91/93 octane pump gas.

Q: Can I flash at home?
A: Yes. 100% remote with live support from the actual calibrator. A Windows laptop is required.

Q: What are crackle pops?
A: Also known as overrun. When decelerating from higher RPMs or free-revving, you'll hear crackle pops from your exhaust. More pronounced with aftermarket exhaust.

Q: Can I upgrade from Stage 1 to Stage 2 later?
A: Absolutely. Pay the difference and schedule a reflash once your hardware is installed.
